Divorce is something that more often than not is a difficult transition for those involved. My divorce was difficult to say the least. I faced many obstacles and would’ve been floundering through the process without attorney Megan Bent. She made an unbearable process manageable. She was there every step of the way and guided me through a process I would’ve never made it through alone. I felt as though she treated my children and I as individuals instead of just another case. She checked on us regularly to make sure everything was clear and outlined and what I could expect next. There were many periods where she had to encourage opposing counsel and never hesitated to do so in a direct yet professional manner. Chris was my attorney he is very prompt with any information that is needed weather it’s with the courts or yourself. He will reach out at any time of day or night. Compared to other attorneys that I’ve dealt with he is extremely fast and very knowledgeable with all the laws and regulations even with Military regulations. I would highly recommend him. Nobody wants to find themselves needing legal help, but when we do, it isn’t for something meaningless. My ex-wife had a very aggressive attorney who would argue everything and his letters were very demeaning and insulting. I had an attorney from a big name firm and felt like I was getting walked all over so I hired Tony and it was amazing how much the tone from opposing counsel changed, They knew they couldn’t walk all over Tony and so they completely changed the way they worked with us. The best part about Tony though is he only aggressive when he needs to be. He never started the battles and would always try to find a reasonable solution first, but he always made sure I was not getting trampled. Tony was also very good about pushing back on me when I was being unreasonable or overly emotional. He was good about helping me focus on what mattered and not getting hung up on things that really bothered me, but weren’t financially worth arguing over. I highly recommend Tony, especially after seeing how things went with an attorney who wasn’t willing to fight for me.

I had a bit of a unique situation and contacted Tony to assist. When you are being harassed stalked and subpoenaed by your significant other’s ex, it’s a bit alarming, to say the least.
Experience: From the moment they answered the phone they were caring and understanding! The staff patiently listened, explained the process and worked together as a team!
Consult: Attorneys can be intimidating and detached, When I met Tony for the first time, I was panicked and in tears and he listened to the situation. He genuinely cared. He took the time to explain a few options, not only did he make the legal jargon understandable. He brought me a lot of peace of mind.
Communication: Tony and his paralegal are great in keeping you in the loop, I received email messages when it was important. And they were detailed and clear!
Cost: Here is the thing, you get what you pay for…They were upfront about their cost which in my opinion was fair.

In my ongoing legal battles against my ex-wife, I have previously utilized two other attorneys. Prior concerns with those attorneys ranged from lack of responsiveness to indecisiveness. Tony helped put all of my previous experiences out of my mind. From the initial meeting, he was a consummate professional. His demeanor is attentive and direct. He is adept at assessing the entire situation and approaching a case with an over-arching view of how to meet with success.
I initially retained Tony’s services to combat a vindictive and libelous contempt motion filed by my ex. Bottom line–the motion was thrown out before going to court and mediation resulted in my obtaining more concrete boundaries to keep further nonsense from happening again. Very impressed and I highly recommend.
